![]() ![]() I’ve been having a lot of conversations about “generative ai” in the enterprise, and giving a lot of examples around how we are going to see a lot of these types of tools…while this is cool, slack is not an “athoritiative” source of knowledge within an enterprise…it will contain correct answers to questions, but incorrect context as well…also, context/knowledge changes over time….īut I couldn’t agree more, enterprise conversational Q&A will be a game-changer for enterprise knowledge management!! But Context is King here, and accessing a truly athoritative knowledge repository to drive the context for Q&A is where the game will be changed (this is the *hard* part.
